Ostrava, 15th October, 2009 –K2 atmitec, the producer and owner of all rights to the Information System K2 (IS K2), announced successful accomplishing of the IS K2 certification process for the operating system Windows 7.

Ostrava, November 10th 2008 – The K2 atmitec company announced the release of a new version of the K2 Information system. Apart from improvements in the area of technology, functionality and security of the information system, the new version brings a visible change in form of a new design.

What significantly contributes to the better performance of the version 130, which will be available on the marketplace by December this year, is the unified database environment in which the system operates. It is the first version which is based on a pure SQL database access. Another advance has been achieved in the IS K2 coding, which is provided newly by the Unicode character set. That represents an advantage especially for companies which trade with foreign countries and need to work flexibly in different language versions, depending on the target marketplaces.

The new visual style of the company is the pillar of this year’s communication with the headline "Refresh!”.

Ostrava, 17 March 2008 – K2 atmitec company, a producer and supplier of information systems, has decided to realize, in collaboration with the Aetna communications agency from Brno, the concept of a long-term communication strategy under the name of “Refresh!”. Its main aim consists, above all, in the change of visions of the company IT field and expectations which the today’s user of an information system can have.

On 21 November 2007, K2 Atmitec company signed a licence contract with its jubilee 500th client, JOB AIR – CENTRAL EUROPE AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE a.s. company.

K2 Atmitec Company announced today the change in the company’s leadership. With effect from December 12, 2007, it is run by one of its authorized agents, Ing. Luděk Vydra. The previous CEO of the company, Ing. Jan Šarman, is going to concentrate on the product development as the chief officer of the product support department. Among the main aims of this appointment are the product development support and the building of business partner relationships.

The K2 Business product developed by K2 atmitec s.r.o. company became one of the finalists in the Business systems category of the “IT product 2007” competition, which was announced by the editorship of the Czech mutation of the Computerworld magazine for the first time this year.

K2 atmitec s.r.o. celebrates lately it´s 15.Anniversary of the establishment. The company attended to sell hardware products, installment of computer networks and provide services at the beginning. At the same time the company has started to develop information system – K2 IS.

On Tuesday 06. June, already the K2 IV. Republic Conference took place in Prague’s TOP HOTEL Praha which was organized by the Company K2 atmitec s.r.o on the occasion of the marketing of a new K2 IS collection – K2 Business, K2 Professional, and K2 Enterprise.

The Companies Oracle Czech and K2 atmitec have established strategic cooperation. The Company K2 atmitec offers its ERP systems using Oracle database. Part of this agreement is also cooperation including mutual marketing support of both Partners and of all their products entering these agreements.
