  TRADE
The principle concerning management of business transactions makes use of high-tech system as regards interconnection of primary documents items. Thereby, well-arranged and simple recording of demands, orders, reservations, delivery notes, release notes, invoices for goods, products and services is provided. Selective and continuous switching between particular documents while keeping the monitored item contributes to the comfort of the control. There are defined areas which is necessary to carry out within framework of the installation and it is left to the client which of them s/he performs by means of own resources and which of them will be ordered as an expert service. By analogy, there are services for particular modules which must be performed before starting their proper usage. The client can make use of training or documentation which is an equivalent to the training. Thus, the client decides fully on financial intensity in relation to the installation.

By ordering expert services, it is possible to adapt the extent of the used application according to the individual requirements. Should the firm feel that it is necessary to assume the specific service functions being off at the present time and to develop further the information system by the own effort, it can switch any time to a higher licence in the form of the K2 Professional or K2 Enterprise products. The reason for such a changeover can be understanding and acquisition of the internal programme principles as well as ambition to use the system not only as a tool for data recording, but also as a manner how to obtain a competitive advantage.

In the licence price, a database is included automatically. By selection of the Oracle or Microsoft platform, its usage free of charge is limited by the particular producer to the data size and number of processors. Are these limitations exceeded, it is necessary to use the full-value version of the database machine; however, no changes occur on the K2 Business application side.

The technological openness of the K2 Business product enables, due to preparedness to the data input from the external environment, to make use of tools for wireless data transfer, data collection by means of bar code etc.
