Project
It concerns preparation of complete project for implementation of the functional K2 Information System into client’s environment. The project includes:
analysis of current state with regard to client’s environment in relation to the K2 IS usage
description of the target state
proposal for solution of particular areas
requirements for hardware, networks, communication taking into account utilization of other applications (office and communication software etc.)
recommendations as concerns method of the K2 IS usage in client’s environment with respect to his/her requirements
proposal for user adjustments of the K2 IS
determination of the extent of the work related with putting the K2 IS into operation
determination of the extent of the data conversion from client's existing systems
recommendation concerning extent of the training necessary for the system administrator and key users
detailed time schedule for implementation including division into partial integral parts with indicated milestones
templates and documents used during possible system implementation

After preparing the project, the IS is prepared for its putting into sharp operation at the client. Within such preparation work, it is necessary to create in particular special inputs and outputs, K2 IS configurations etc. This stage includes:
setting the PC network and communication for K2 IS operation
installing the K2 IS on one workstation or database server
training the users
trial operation – verifying functions of the K2 IS
assistance at putting the system into routine operation
